It is recommended to record complete unboxing/unpacking video of the parcel for easy returns and refunds.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed after delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If any issue found, refund will be approved and processed, and you will be asked to provide bank/wallet account to receive refund. This process will not take more than 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after confirmation from us, first check your bank account again. If not, wait 24 hours because sometimes, it might take up-to 24 hours for amount to be reflected in your account
If still not, contact your bank/wallet support and provide transaction ID and other details provided from our side. The issue will surely be resolved from them.

Sale items
Regular priced items may be refunded as well as sale items can also be.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Midasbuy Pk.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will receive shipping costs along with your refund amount if the refund request is approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable if refund is not approved.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Since you are returning on your own behalf, we will not have any control on the return time period, we will start refund process once we received the parcel. It is good idea to share return tracking number with us also.
